FastCo was approached by CPA Performance, a distinguished German manufacturer known for its expertise, quality, and innovation in automotive chip tuning. CPA Performance created all of its products in-house at its facility in Germany and sought FastCo’s expertise to cultivate the Polish market for its performance chips and accelerator modules, which are designed to enhance driving satisfaction and optimize engine performance.

FastCo took on the challenge of establishing CPA Performance as the premier German chip tuner in Poland. To meet this goal, we developed robust distribution channels and crafted a solid CPA Automotive online presence in Poland. Leveraging CPA Performance’s extensive experience in motorsports and racing, which spans over 40 years, alongside FastCo’s proficiency in accelerating local sales and distribution, we forged a win-win solution that resulted in exponential growth in the local market.

By the end of our engagement, CPA Performance not only enjoyed steady-paced sales but also managed a continual rollout of new products in the Polish market. This achievement came without the years of effort and high costs usually associated with traditional business development strategies, affirming the effectiveness of our collaborative approach.
